With almost 25 years of Finance recruitment experience, Emma has built a career on strong foundations of trust, understanding, and long term relationships. Based predominantly across Yorkshire, Emma is known for her personal, thoughtful approach that goes far beyond simply matching CVs to job descriptions.

Her profile includes working with a huge variety of clients ranging from SME’s to PLC’s and Emma is also heavily invested in working with Practices, both regionally and UK based.

Emma isn’t your typical recruiter. She takes the time to understand what truly drives people, both in their careers and outside of work, ensuring every placement is the right fit for the individual and the business. Her focus is never on quick wins or sales targets, but on delivering genuine value by listening, learning, and connecting the right people with the right opportunities.

A passionate supporter of working parents, Emma brings real life experience and empathy to her work, especially after navigating the challenges of family life herself as a mum of triplets! She understands the complexities of balancing a demanding job with home life and actively champions flexible, family-friendly workplaces.

Outside of work, Emma loves to talk travel, is often training for her next run, as well as supporting her children from the side of a football pitch.
