Campbell Grove Talent are working with a growing accountancy practice who are on the lookout for a Tax Semi Senior (Personal) to join their supportive tax team.
You’ll be working with a great mix of clients including owner-managed businesses, gaining hands on experience while continuing to build your technical knowledge.
What will you be doing?
No two days are the same, and as the Tax Semi Senior, you’ll be involved in:
- Managing and preparing personal tax returns for your own client portfolio
- Helping to put together tax planning and advisory work for clients
- Working closely with senior team members on interesting tax projects and queries
- Keeping on top of tax rules and making sure everything stays fully compliant
- Spotting ways clients could improve their tax position and save money
- Keeping client records organised and up to date
- Working alongside other teams in the firm to give clients a great all-round service
- Assisting during HMRC reviews, audits and enquiries when needed
Who are we looking for?
- Studying towards ATT, ACA
- Ideally experience in personal tax within an accountancy practice
- A positive attitude and willingness to learn
- Excellent client liaison skills
- Someone who enjoys working with clients and being part of a team
