Campbell Grove Talent are recruiting for an experienced Credit Control Administrator to join a growing business in Leeds city centre.

This is a fantastic opportunity for someone with strong communication skills who enjoys building relationships with both internal and external clients, as well as non finance colleagues.

The role:

  • Providing daily credit administrative support to the Operations team
  • Handling incoming calls and queries in a professional and efficient manner
  • Managing and updating internal systems
  • Liaising with clients, suppliers, and internal departments
  • Supporting the accounts functions, including monitoring outstanding invoices, chasing overdue payments and updating financial and payment records

What we are looking for:

  • Previous credit control experience, preferably in a fast paced environment
  • Excellent communication skills and confidence when dealing with clients and suppliers
  • Strong organisation skills and high attention to detail
  • Good IT skills and the ability to learn new systems quickly
